Liquor Licenses must be operated at least thirty, eight hour days, each year. Licenses that did not operate for at least thirty eight hour days may not be renewed unless the ABC Board waives this requirement. Waiver applications not received in time to be reviewed by the board at its November meeting must be accompanied by a $1000.00 penalty fee.

A license renewal application will be mailed to your address of record by October 31st. If you have not received your renewal application by early November you can use the application below.

All Liquor License Renewal Applications must be filed by December 31 of the expiration year.
If you did not operate for 30 days in the preceeding calendar year you must apply for a Waiver.
Fingerprints must be submitted with each application. Fingerprint cards cannot be provided electronically. The fingerprint cards submitted must be obtained from the ABC Board (907) 263-5900. Cards obtained from other agencies will not be accepted.
